Next volunteer opportunity: Saturday, September 19, 2026 – Downtown Fort Worth Benefit Car Show

Volunteer Duties: Keep traffic from impeding the car show event by manning a Gate or Valet location. Volunteers are required to remain in one location for a full shift; chairs will be provided.

Gate locations are positioned to manage cross-street intersection barricades.
Valet locations are positioned to help direct hotel valet lane traffic flow within the car show.

Volunteer Shift Options:

6:15am-9:00am

8:45am-11:00am

10:45am-1:00pm

12:45pm-3:00pm

Volunteer Registration Details: Sign up for one or more shifts. Multiple shifts are not required to be back-to-back. For example, you may choose to work the 8:45am-11:00am shift, take a lunch break, enjoy the car show, and then work the 12:45pm-3:00pm shift.

We prefer two volunteers at each location. You may pair up with a coworker, friend or family member or sign up individually and be paired up to share a shift.

Note: Volunteers under the age of 18 are prohibited unless they are with a parent or guardian.

Event Day Check In: All volunteers must initially report to the Volunteer Tent on Main Street between 6^th and 7^th Streets no later than the start of the shift. T-shirts will be available at the end of shifts for volunteer registrations by August 31st.

Allow enough time to secure parking as most of the downtown streets will be blocked off for the car show!!!

Free Parking (Limited): All on-street parking spaces with meters in downtown Fort Worth are free on weekends. Note: These spaces will only be available on the perimeter downtown streets due to the car show’s footprint.

Pay Parking: Free weekend garage parking has ended. Standard garage parking rates will apply. Garages convenient to the car show are listed below:
